ASSESS AND MONITOR ADHERENCE TO INTERNAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Security can first be managed by making sure all internal procedures that promote an effective workplace and prevent losses are followed. BCI can conduct an internal review of your procedures along with monitoring and comparing against actual practices in order to make sure
employees are following security procedures, HR departments follow
local, state, and federal regulations when hiring, and that all mandatory
reporting requirements are being met.

CONDUCT MONITORING & SUPERVISORY INSPECTION OF FIELD EMPLOYEES

The hardest business practices to control are those that go on
outside the workplace. In conjunction with our investigative, mystery
shopping and loss prevention services BCI can conduct inspections
and monitoring of field employees, such as drivers, security staff, and
other representatives to make sure internal standards of conduct
and compliance are maintained externally.

Hiring outside workers and contractors is sometimes inevitable.
